Payment FAQs
No, you do not need an account to pay online. You can use the Pay Now option by entering the email address, invoice number, and amount. However, you need an account to view your invoices, check your payment history, or update your payment method. Your account is confidential, and we will not share the information.
We take Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and electronic checks (ACH).
For ACH transfers, you need your bank account, routing information and account type (checking or saving).
If your payment is declined, it is often because the billing address or zip code does not match what the bank has on file. Contact your bank or card issuer.

Our payment processor uses PCI security standards, and you can enable 2FA (two-factor authentication) on your portal.
You can log in to the payment portal and remove your payment method or you can email [email protected] to request.
Our invoice is based on a cash discount, so we do not charge for ACH or Wire transfers. You agree that you are forfeiting your cash/check discount by making this payment online with a credit card.
