Important Update: New Payment Portal with QuickBooks Online

Starting this month, we are transitioning to **QuickBooks Online** for processing payments. Our current payment portal will no longer be available.

Why the Change?

We are making this change to improve security, efficiency, and ease of payment processing. The new QuickBooks Online portal offers:

  • Flexible Payment Options – Pay using ACH (bank transfer) or Zelle for a fast and secure experience.
  • Credit Card Payments – A 3.5% processing fee applies. Contact us if you’d like to enable this option.
  • Enhanced Security – QuickBooks Online provides advanced security to protect your payment details.
  • Auto-Pay Setup – We recommend ACH or Zelle autopay to ensure uninterrupted service and avoid manual payments.

Why Use ACH or Zelle Instead of a Check?

  • Faster Processing – Payments are received instantly or within 1-2 business days.
  • More Secure – Eliminates risks of lost or stolen checks.
  • No More Manual Work – Save time with automated payments.
  • Avoid Late Fees – Auto-pay ensures payments are made on time.

Important Notice About ACH Payments

Since Intuit (QuickBooks’ payment processor) is a new vendor for your account, some banks may flag the first transaction as a precautionary security measure. **If this happens, please contact your bank and confirm that they should allow Intuit to process and transfer funds on your behalf.**

While this may be an inconvenience, it is designed to prevent fraud and protect your account.

Next Steps

  • Look out for an email invitation to join our QuickBooks Online portal with simple setup instructions.
  • If you experience any issues or have questions, our support team is here to help.

We appreciate your cooperation and your continued trust in eSudo. Thank you for being a valued customer!

Payment FAQs

No, you do not need an account to pay online. On the invoice, click REVIEW and PAY, you pay using the bank or credit card. Or send payment using Zelle.

However, you need an Intuit account to set up your payment method or recurring payment. Your account is confidential, and we will not share the information.

We take Zelle, electronic checks (ACH), wired transfer, or credit cards.  If you want to use a credit card, let us know. There is a processing fee by the vendor.

Zelle is the best and recommended payment method or a wired transfer.

For ACH transfers, you need your bank account, routing information and account type (checking or saving).

To use ZELLE, setup the payment with your bank and it’s free to process.

According to Forbes, Zelle uses the Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments system to speed payments between U.S. bank accounts. While you could initiate an ACH payment to a friend from your bank account, that transfer could take three days to process. With Zelle, your money arrives in minutes. In 2021, Zelle reported that nearly 10,000 banks and credit unions across the U.S. were part of its payment network.

If your bank doesn’t offer Zelle payments, just set up Zelle directly through its mobile app. Download the Zelle app and follow the prompts to create a new username and password. Don’t worry—you won’t have to input your sensitive banking information.

If your ACH payment is declined, your bank may flag the first transaction as a precautionary security measure. **If this happens, please contact your bank and confirm that they should allow Intuit to process and transfer funds on your behalf.**

If your credit card payment is declined, it is often because the billing address or zip code does not match what the bank has on file.  Contact your bank or card issuer.

If your bank believes it’s not blocking Intuit payment, contact us, and we will walk you through the payment over the phone.

When you get the invoice from eSudo, there is a button under the PAYMENT AMOUNT to create a new account.

Our payment processor uses PCI security standards, and you can enable 2FA (two-factor authentication) on your portal.

Our invoice is based on a cash discount, so we do not charge for Zelle, ACH, or Wire transfers. By making this payment online with a credit card, you agree to forfeit your cash/check discount.
