3CX – Phone Book / Contact Management

In 3CX Apps for Windows, the Contacts feature allows to you manage your address book or phone book for your personal or company address book. 

In this video, we will go over how to find a contact, call the number, edit the contact and add a new contact to your company address book or your personal address book.

NOTE: To add or edit Contacts in Company phone book, you must have the rights to make changes. Contact your 3CX admin for the rights add/edit phone book.
