Your firm owns the admin accounts.

Microsoft 365 and other managed systems are set up under your firm’s domain. We create our own access for management, and your firm retains ownership.

Information Handoff

We provide the credentials and documentation needed for transition.

Once your request is received and a new provider is identified, we securely deliver the relevant information within 5–10 business days.

  • Guidance on transferring licenses or direct billing with Microsoft
What happens after termination
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, eSudo is not obligated to store or retain company data beyond 15 calendar days after the termination date.
Billable assistance beyond handoff
Meetings, troubleshooting, migration work, configuration, or implementation support beyond the information handoff is billable at eSudo’s then-current hourly rates.

Why is onboarding separate from the $97?
The $97 covers the transition period. Onboarding includes security hardening, setup, and documentation. It is $1,500 + $150 per user and waived with a 36-month agreement.
Who owns the admin accounts?
Your firm owns all admin accounts. We create our own access and a separate admin account for you to maintain security and control.
What happens if we leave?
We provide credentials, documentation, and system details within 5–10 business days to support a structured transition to your new provider.
Will we lose access to our data?
No. You retain full access to your Microsoft 365 email, files, and data at all times. We do not hold data hostage.
Are there contract traps?
The agreement has a 12-month initial term and renews annually unless 90 days notice is given. These terms are stated clearly upfront.
Can we cancel within 90 days?
Yes. You can cancel within the first 90 days with no penalty. You only pay for services used and any onboarding work completed.
