📢 What Is Changing

This Is Good News — Here Is Why

Justin is not going anywhere. He has joined eSudo Technology Solutions as a full team member and will continue working directly with you. What is changing is what is behind him: a larger team, more technical depth, and an expanded set of cybersecurity and IT services.

This transition was designed with one goal: to give you more support, more protection, and more peace of mind — without disrupting the relationship or service you already trust.

“Joining eSudo means my clients get the same hands-on support they are used to — now with a full team behind every decision. Nothing changes except the depth of what we can deliver.”

Justin Chojnicki Justin Chojnicki — Senior Client Engineer, eSudo Technology Solutions

“Think of this as Justin gaining reinforcements — not a handoff. The same person, now with a stronger platform behind him.”

❓ Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers to the questions you are probably already thinking about.

No. Your current service agreement and pricing remain in place. If anything changes in the future, you will receive advance written notice with a clear explanation — never a surprise on your invoice.
Yes. Justin Chojnicki is not going anywhere. He joined eSudo as a full team member and continues to work directly with his clients. The only difference is that he now has a broader team behind him for backup, specialized help, or coverage.
You can continue reaching out the same ways you always have. Support requests can be submitted by phone, email, or web form — just as before. Justin will remain your primary point of contact during this transition.

We are making this as seamless as possible. We are not changing everything at once. If anything shifts in how you reach us, we will give you plenty of notice and time to get comfortable before any change takes effect. The goal is that you barely notice anything changed at all.
It should only improve. Justin brings the same dedication and client knowledge he always has. eSudo adds process, tooling, and additional technical depth. The goal is fewer gaps, faster resolution, and more consistent service — not less.
Response times depend on the priority level of your issue and your service plan. Urgent issues — where systems are down or your business cannot operate — are always treated as our highest priority and responded to first.

For a full breakdown of response and resolution timeframes by priority level, visit our Client Support Center or speak directly with Justin.
Only authorized, vetted technicians work on your environment. We follow the principle of least privilege — access is granted only when needed and revoked when the task is complete. Justin’s institutional knowledge of your systems transfers with him.
No. eSudo’s model is built on long-term relationships, not upsells. If we identify a gap or risk in your environment, we will bring it to you with a clear explanation and let you decide. You will never be pushed into something you do not understand or need.
Not right away. We will continue honoring your existing service terms through the transition. When the time is right — typically at your natural renewal — we will introduce a formal eSudo service agreement. We will walk you through it clearly, explain what changes and what stays the same, and give you time to review it. No pressure, no buried clauses.
This is a fair concern. Larger does not always mean better. eSudo is intentionally structured to stay responsive and relationship-driven — not a call center or ticket factory. Justin’s clients receive the same personalized attention, now with more people available to deliver it.
We respect that. We would ask for the opportunity to address your specific concerns first — a 30-minute conversation has resolved most situations. If after that you still feel it is not the right fit, we will handle that professionally and without hard feelings. We are not interested in keeping clients who do not feel genuinely served.
